New Carrollton Recreational Facility Reservation Application. We have made a number of changes to the Application and the Rules and Regulations. The Application (below).
Important changes include, but are not limited to:
1) Change in the dates for preliminary and final application submission
2) Verifying non-profit status (if applicable)
3) Pre-season meeting
4) Fee structure - changed from hourly rates to seasonal rates
5) Need to supply a more detailed final schedule for requested field use (number of teams, practices, players, etc.)
The request for use of the City's recreational facilities is increasing so there is a need to gather additional information to prioritize users based on City residency, specific need, insurance sufficiency, legal status and other factors. Furthermore, ALL permit seekers will be required to fill out and sign the Application, provide proof of non-profit status (if so seeking) and provide proof of insurance with the City named as also insured. Only authorized permit holders will be allowed access to City recreational facilities.
