If you have not submitted a current Rental Application or Business Licence Application, please visit the form section of the website and complete the application before making the payment. After you submit the form you will be automatically redirected to the payment center to process your payment.

Pay your Parking or Speed Camera Citations Online

PARKING CITATIONS

For Parking Citations issued by the New Carrollton Police Department (only), you will need the following information before clicking on the web payment page: 
1. Your vehicle license plate number. (Ex. "ABC123")
2. The state your tags were issued by. (Ex. "MD")
3. Your parking citation number. (Ex. "B009999," or "P301234" or "NCP123456")

* If you do not have all of the above items, call the police department at (301) 459-0142, and we can provide you with the necessary information.
*Parking violations DO NOT add points to your driver's license record


SPEED CAMERA and RED LIGHT CAMERA CITATIONS:

For Speed Camera Citations issued by the New Carrollton Police Department (only), you will need the following information before clicking below on the web payment page:

1. Your Citation Number. (Ex. "8N1012345")

2. Your Password. (Ex. "1234")

*If you do not have your citation number or password to log in, please call the Payment Center at 1-866-979-4824to get a live person.

*Speed Camera Citations DO NOT add points to your driver's license record
